“Beautiful place to live! Mostly everyone around the building is friendly and helpful, the lot and lawn are well maintained throughout the seasons. Management & maintenance are quick and efficient with any issues. Been here a few months now with no problems. Love that it's pet friendly too!! The gym is always clean and well equipped. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice, clean environment and good managers :)”

“Beautiful building! Situated in the perfect area, quiet residential but super close to restaurants, shopping and the 401. The Butler II apartment is amazing - so modern and the modular design makes the most of every inch. The glass doors on the bedrooms give the space a bright and airy feel. All the amenities you could need are here, inside and out of the unit: stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, plus an impressive community rooftop patio with BBQ, well-appointed workout room, and lounge with table tennis and foosball. Andrea, the property manager, made every step of the way an excellent experience - from the first visit to ensuring my move went well. Highly recommend!”

“I would like to firstly review the management at the FUZE Woodstock location. Andrea is the best landlord my wife and I have had in our lives. We have rented, owned homes, travelled across the country and lived with some of our best friends, but since moving in here over a month ago we have never felt more at home. The viewing experience beforehand was amazing, the application process was extremely professional, and when it came time to move in, management and staff were quick to make things as transitionally perfect as possible. Monthly gatherings and the cleanliness of the building is by far something you would expect from a first class hotel. Common areas are maintained impeccably and are always welcoming with all the amenities you would not expect from a rental apartment. These truly make it a condo experience. We are glad to say we have met many great neighbors who are welcoming and look forward to welcoming new members to the building. I sure hope the community that management is trying to build continues to embrace the good people we already have here, and look forward to more tenants that value a quality place to call home.”

“I moved in almost one week ago and Andrea made the move so easy. All the necessary paperwork was completed prior, got lots of information via email up to move in day and even managed to view an apartment the same day as I phoned. I tried several different buildings but Andrea was quick responding and is very accommodating which made the decision easier. In the time I've been there I've met some residents and everyone is welcoming. The building is very well maintained and clean with lots of common areas which I look forward to using!”
